First post:
First week back there was a decussion on wether we will be able to complete our idea. We had a meeting that week and decided we needed to change our whole idea.
This completly wasted all the time we spent in the holidays coming up with ideas for this project. We gave ourselves the weekend to redraw characters and come up with a new story. We had a meeting online on Sunday 7th of June. We decussed the changes needed and looked at each others art works.
Work that i did in the first week:
Help out with some of the details of the story.
Drew up 3 character concepts.
Got images for what the Future era should look like.

Second post:
This week we had our presentation on Wednesday 10th of june, which didn’t go well. We were definatly unprepared which was due to the change in our project. We were told to revise our story and make it more interesting by giving the viewer a reason to empthise with our characters. After the meeting we all sat together for around 2 hours coming up with a new improved version of our story. We informed our clients of the changes and it got approved.
This week i worked on:
Helping Ash complie the power point for the presentation.
Including adding in a rough budget sheet.
Presented the presentation.
Had a group meeting about story changes.
Drew up a schematic for the future era and the medieval era.
Third Post:
This week on monday we spent around two hours recording our live animatic. I was acting as the good guy. On wednesday we had Akash, who informed us that we need to complete a scope document for next week (week 4) and that in the following week we need to hand in our final Project Document including A rubust scope document, a technical document, a QA document and a creative document. I will be working on the technical document because i’m the technical director.
This week I worked on
Acting in our animatic.
Helping Ash on the scope document.
Drew up a Milestone chart.
Converted camerons Video Files.
Wrote up a asset list for the future era.
Started compiling all our informtion into open workbench. Which is a project managing software that will help us keep up todate with whos doing what, what needs to be completed, if were running behind etc. This is very tidious work but will pay off in the long run.
